We gave GAME store managers a sneak preview of the latest EA™ titles at the retailer’s annual conference held at Wembley Stadium, 2-3 September 2013.

The conference showcases the latest games, consoles and code to store managers, regional managers and head office staff ahead of the main season, and we were tasked with making sure EA GAMES™ had maximum impact with the 400+ attendees.

Our mission? To give delegates a hands-on, unforgettable brand experience, and make sure they went away passionate about the new titles and arm them with the knowledge they need to confidently advise their customers.

Our stand was split into four individual branded gaming areas, and our primary goal was to allow attendees to get hands on with the amazing titles on offer from EA, including EA SPORTS FIFA 14™, Need for Speed™ Rivals and Battlefield 4™.

Elsewhere, at the glamorous after party, we put delegates centre stage with a bespoke FIFA 14™ photo experience. A professional photographer took delegates’ pictures in a studio set up, and our in-house designer incorporated them into the FIFA 14™ box sleeve artwork.

This was then printed, trimmed and given to our lucky guests. What better memento of this year’s conference than your own face as the star of FIFA 14™? It certainly proved popular with over 200 party-goers getting involved.

It was another great event and a brilliant start to an exciting winter season where we have lots of EA™ campaigns to celebrate their superb forthcoming line up. Watch this space!

Claire Stokes is the founder and Managing Director here at Circle.  Claire began her career in the experiential agencies of North America, working for some of the world’s largest consumer brands.  With over 17 years experience as an experiential specialist, there are few that share her knowledge or her passion for our industry.

A regular speaker on Experiential in the UK and overseas, she is a Business Leader of the Marketing Society and sits on the steering committee for the Institute of Promotional Marketing’s Experiential Marketing Certificate, acting as a lecturer and course contributor.   Claire has consistently featured in EVENT Magazine’s list of the UK’s 100 most influential people in the Event Industry.
